Our MiniHot Liquor tank has a one inch thread in the back about four inches above the bottom. This thread is designed for the addition of a heating element. We do not provide the element or controller. However, they can be purchased from your local hardware store. Included with purchase are 1/2" lead free brass ball valve, 2 barb fittings for 1/2" tubing, 1" thread with plug for the element thread, thermometer thread and plug, sight glass and tank with lid plus two threads with screw in plugs one in the lid and one to the right of the valve. Gallon markings are on the side by the Teflon sight glass. The tank hold fifteen gallons. The thermometer is sold separately. This tank makes grain brewing easy and fun!
